Anti-Spam and Domain Use Policy

This policy explains how Outviks ("we," "us," "our") uses the internet domains it owns, and prohibits their use to advertise or promote any website in unsolicited bulk messages. It applies to outviks.com and to every domain listed below. If you received an email from one of these domains, it came from Outviks.

No use in unsolicited bulk or abusive messages
Outviks does not authorize any email, whether sent by Outviks, an affiliate, a contractor, a customer or any third party, to advertise, link to or promote any of these domains in unsolicited bulk email, spam, phishing messages, deceptive messages, malware distribution or abusive marketing of any kind.
Permitted use of our domains
- Our domains may be used only by authorized Outviks mailboxes for legitimate business correspondence.
- They may not be used as a tracking domain, redirect domain, link shortener, affiliate-promotion domain, or as a landing page referenced in unsolicited bulk messages.
- Each domain is controlled by Outviks. No outside party is authorized to send email using, on behalf of, or referencing our domains.
No list rental and no affiliate email
Outviks does not sell or rent mailing lists and does not operate an affiliate email program. Any message advertising one of our domains that you did not solicit is not authorized by us and does not come from us.
Opt-out and suppression
To stop hearing from us, reply to any of our emails or write to contact@outviks.com. Valid opt-out requests are honored immediately. Recipients who opt out, or who are otherwise suppressed, are not contacted again from any of our domains.
Reporting abuse
If you believe one of our domains has been used in a message that violates this policy, please report it to andrey@outviks.com. We investigate every report. General enquiries can be sent to contact@outviks.com.
