This policy explains what information Outviks ("we," "us," "our") collects when you visit our website or contact us, how we use it, and the choices you have. Outviks is operated by a company based in Plovdiv, Bulgaria, providing done-for-you B2B outbound services to clients in the United States and other markets. We keep this policy short on purpose.

What we collect

• Information you give us. When you book a call or email us, we collect what you choose to share - typically your name, work email, company, and anything you write to us.
• Basic usage data. Like most sites, we may collect anonymous, aggregate analytics (pages viewed, device type, referring source) to understand what's useful. We do not use this to identify you personally.
• Booking tool data. Scheduling runs through a third-party tool, which collects the details needed to book your call under its own privacy policy.

How we use it

• To respond to you, schedule and prepare for our call, and follow up.
• To operate, secure, and improve the website.
• To send you information you've asked for. We don't sell your data, and we don't add you to a newsletter you didn't request.

Our legal basis

Under the EU/Bulgarian General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), we process your information on the basis of your consent (when you contact us or book a call) and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and running our website. Where we're required to keep records by law, that is our legal basis for doing so.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers we use to run the business - for example our scheduling tool, email provider, and analytics - and only as needed to provide the service. We may also disclose information if required by law. We never sell your personal data.

International transfers

Because we work with clients and tools in the United States and elsewhere, your information may be processed outside Bulgaria and the EU/EEA. Where that happens, we rely on providers that offer appropriate safeguards (such as EU Standard Contractual Clauses) for the transfer.

How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as needed to talk with you and run our business, then delete or anonymise it. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the information we hold about you, correct or delete it, object to or restrict how we use it, or receive a copy in a portable format. To exercise any of these, email contact@outviks.com. EU/EEA residents also have the right to complain to the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (CPDP). If you're in the United States, we do not sell your personal information, and you may ask us to access or delete it.
