These terms govern your use of the Outviks website and any services we agree to provide. Outviks is operated by a company based in Plovdiv, Bulgaria, serving clients in the United States and other markets. By using the site or engaging us, you agree to these terms.

The website

This site is for information. Nothing on it is a binding offer, a guarantee of results, or professional advice on its own. The figures in the pipeline calculator are illustrative estimates based on inputs you provide - they are not a promise of revenue.

Our services

The specifics of any engagement - scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees - are set out in a separate written agreement between you and Outviks. If anything in that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement controls.

The meetings guarantee

Where we offer it, our guarantee is: if we don't book at least 3 qualified, ICP-matched meetings within 30 days of your campaign going live, you receive a refund as described in your agreement. Every campaign is built and warmed first, which takes a few weeks; the 30-day window begins when your campaign launches, not when you sign. "Qualified" means a meeting that matches the ICP and criteria agreed in writing up front. The guarantee assumes you've provided the access, approvals, and inputs needed for campaigns to launch on schedule.

Your responsibilities

• Give us accurate information and the access we need to do the work.
• Use the site and our services lawfully, and don't attempt to disrupt or misuse them.
• Comply with applicable laws, including those governing outbound communication in the markets you sell into.

Intellectual property

The site's content, brand, and design are owned by Outviks. Work product created during an engagement is governed by your agreement.

Liability

To the extent allowed by law, Outviks is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited as set out in your engagement agreement.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria, and any dispute relating to the website will be subject to the courts of Plovdiv, Bulgaria - unless a signed engagement agreement specifies otherwise, in which case that agreement controls.
